1. Instant Digital Download (Zero Shipping Fees)
All items sold on empreo.shop are 100% digital products. No physical items, books, or boxes will be shipped to your physical address. Because there is no physical shipping, you will NEVER be charged any shipping fees!
2. How and When You Receive Your Files
- Immediately upon completing checkout, an instant download page will display on your screen with direct links to your planner files, zip folders, and Canva templates.
- A backup confirmation email containing your download access links is automatically sent to the email address entered during checkout within 1–5 minutes.
3. Didn't Receive Your Download Link?
Please check your spam/junk/promotions folders. If you still cannot locate your download confirmation, email us at support@empreo.shop with your name and order number, and our team will reissue your links right away.
