Because our products (including the 2027 Mega Planner Bundle) are digital goods delivered via instant internet download, we generally do not offer refunds once the files have been accessed or downloaded, as digital files cannot be "returned" or unopened.

1. Our Satisfaction Commitment
We want you to have an exceptional planning experience. If you experience any technical issues with your download links, corrupted files, difficulty opening Canva templates, or formatting problems on your tablet or PDF reader, please contact us immediately at support@empreo.shop. Our support team will resolve your issue, provide fresh replacement links, or assist you within 24–48 hours.

2. Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchased the same bundle twice within a 24-hour window, please email us with both order confirmation numbers. We will gladly refund the duplicate charge.

3. File Compatibility & Questions
Before purchasing, please ensure your device supports PDF annotation apps (like GoodNotes, Notability, Noteshelf, Xodo) or has access to a free Canva account. If you have questions before buying, reach out to support@empreo.shop.
